Sam Guion

 

Nellie Gonzalez

Nelly is a wellness enthusiast who approaches fitness with a holistic mindset, combining her lifting, yoga, and cardio in equal measure with an emphasis on a healthy diet.

Nelly is a proud student, entrepreneur, paralegal and philanthropist. She serves as the owner of One Day RVA, a non profit dedicated to the mission of educating, empowering, and inspiring people to live a life of kindness and generosity. Nelly enjoys modeling, and was named 2021 Miss Virginia Latina.

Oliver Smith

 

 Oliver is a track athlete, marathon runner, and all around fitness enthusiast. He enjoys outside workouts: open water swimming, hiking, spartan races and triathlons.

Oliver has begun competing in track and field events after 6 years off. He is now preparing for the winter track season, with plans to achieve a 600lb deadlift and 400 squat by year end. You can find Oliver on the track, in the gym, or instructing at Orange Theory Fitness. 

Alexis Runk

 

Alexis is a future NPC wellness competitor. She first began my bodybuilding journey 5 years ago when she to Richmond from Northern Virginia. The gym is home for her. Though she is an extreme foodie, deep down she loves the struggle of discipline, committing to a strict nutrition regime. She was born to be an athlete and gains empowerment through five intense leg workouts a week. 

Her current goal is to compete on a national level next year.

Sam Guion

 

Sam is a strength coach and power-lifter. Hes originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. Helping others achieve their hidden potential through strength is his biggest hobby aside from lifting heavy and watching anime. Sam finds personal strength from building up the people around him, they are my strength.
Sam plans to make his sanctioned powerlifting debut at the 2021 USPA Beast of The East meet in December.
